I am in the top 1% or Realtors in the areas I serve, my company is in the top 10-15%.  II hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from The University of Indianapolis.  I hold an MBA from Indiana University, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Purdue. I have won many awards for my writing as a freelance outdoor writer for various national publications.

I have  served, or continue to serve, on various boards and committees, both Real Estate and Auctioneer related, and community related.

I serve as an advisor and brand ambassador for many outdoor companies. I won The Ferlini Prize, the highest literary award given annually by The university of Indianapolis, for a paper I wrote on implementing an executive information system.  At the time, I was the only non-journalism major to have ever won the award.
